Job summary

Deeraa LLC is seeking a QA Analyst to own the testing lifecycle for critical telecommunications platforms, ensuring reliability and performance across business lines.

You will establish testing practices, manage automation tools, and collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver a seamless experience for members and internal users.

Initial focus will be 100% manual IVR testing, with gradual migration toward automated cycles using Cyara Velocity and related tools.

Qualifications

• Good IVR and telephony testing experience required.
• Strong manual IVR testing preferred.
• 100% manual testing to start.
• VoIP platforms experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA for Telecom features.
• Log defects and track issues in project tools.
• Test various telecom initiatives with PM and engineers.
• Improve testing processes and document tasks in Jira.
• Lead testing meetings and document outcomes.
• Validate downstream systems and data reliability.
• Manage automated regression testing with Cyara Velocity.
• Assist in migration efforts (e.g., Avaya to Genesys).
