Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test plans for IVR, chat, email, and Amazon Connect flows.
• Validate integrations with CRM, knowledge bases, and third-party applications.
• Perform regression, usability, and edge-case testing for system updates.
• Work with development teams to understand implementations and testing needs.
• Align test coverage with business requirements alongside business analysts.
