Job summary

Testing Xperts in Alpharetta, GA seeks an IVR Quality Analyst for a 6–12 month engagement to build and maintain lab environments for IVR testing. You will configure lab equipment across platforms, implement automation, and support monitoring and performance tools on Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys.

Responsibilities include certification planning, documentation, effort estimation, and collaboration with the Project Manager during interviews for new team members.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Experience with IVR systems and lab environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lab build and maintenance across platforms.
• Procure, install and configure lab equipment across platforms.
• Work with IVR platforms: Avaya, Cisco, Genesys.
• Use monitoring, configuration and performance test tools.
• Develop and implement automation for lab environments.
• Design and develop certification tools and automation.
• Document strategy and test plans; review and edit as needed.
• Escalate issues and report status to Project Manager.
• Assist with technical interviews of prospective team members.
