Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BPO/IVF/Healthcare Sales.
• Proven experience managing a telesales team of 10-15 members.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly target-oriented with a result-driven approach.

Responsibilities
