Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years coordinating in healthcare, fertility preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and EMR systems; EngagedMD/ CoverMyMeds a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule IVF and FET appointments based on treatment plans and pre-cycle requirements.
• Maintain CARE Fertility cycle tracker on SharePoint and update billing and dates.
• Verify completion of pre-cycle clinical items and required tests.
• Coordinate medication orders and prior authorizations with pharmacies.
• Manage IVF/FET consent forms with EngagedMD and ensure sign-offs.
• Coordinate billing sign-offs and direct patient inquiries to billing.
• Support various cycle types and provide injections instructions and calendars.
• Schedule additional procedures and coordinate with specialists.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and teams.
