IVF Uncovered is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as a trusted operational partner to its founder, driving structure, momentum, and scalable execution. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on measurable growth toward monthly revenue goals.

You will manage a distributed team, implement process improvements, and oversee dashboards, AI tools, and operational systems to support sustainable expansion and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business operations and supporting growth or scaling.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and how tech improves operations.
• Analytical, metrics-driven with KPI dashboards experience.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Strong leadership with people management and accountability.
• Experience in sales/marketing with revenue growth understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and build structure, systems, and accountability for growth.
• Partner with founder to translate vision into priorities and actionable plans.
• Lead and support a distributed team, clarifying responsibilities and expectations.
• Drive projects end-to-end, remove bottlenecks, maintain momentum.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, client success and operations.
• Oversee finances, budgets, spending, and operational efficiency.
• Improve client journey systems to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Coordinate priorities across marketing, content, community, and client success.
