Baby Joy Fertility and IVF is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Floor Manager to guide our sales team in person. The role focuses on driving lead conversion, coordinating patients, and achieving monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has a track record of managing 10-15 sales executives and strong CRM skills. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and provide regular training while maintaining a target-oriented environment.

Baby Joy Fertility and IVF is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader / Floor Manager to lead and manage our IVF/Healthcare Sales Team.

Position Details

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in BPO / IVF / Healthcare Sales, preferably in a Team Leader or Floor Manager role
• Age: 30+ years
• Team Size: Experience managing 10-15 Sales Executives
• Role: Team Handling | Lead Conversion | Patient Coordination | Sales Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of 10-15 sales executives
• Drive lead conversion and achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training
