Qualifications

• Current state RN license without limitations.
• Graduate of a certified nursing program.
• 3+ years nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working in IVF.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations at the center level with multi-department collaboration.
• Oversee clinical operations of the surgery center and clinic.
• Maintain QuadA certification for the center.
• Address patient concerns with timely clinical interventions.
• Coach and develop clinical staff with guidance and support.
• Create and train workflows and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations, Medical Directors and Providers.
• Communicate effectively with the health care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide patient care experiences that exceed expectations.
