Ivy Fertility in Frisco, TX is seeking a full-time, in-person 3rd Party Coordinator, RN to support families pursuing donor egg/embryo/sperm and gestational carrier options. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in women’s health or reproductive endocrinology preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and billing for patients monitored at outside facilities.
• Handle intake of potential intended parents and communicate requirements for donor eggs/sperm/embryos and gestational carriers.
• Serve as direct point of contact for donors, gestational carriers, and intended parents.
• Meet with patients to coordinate upcoming procedures and review donor/gestational carrier eligibility requirements.
• Communicate with physicians, attorneys, donor agencies, and monitoring facilities throughout treatment.
• Educate patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and injections.
• Schedule patients for all upcoming appointments.
