The Reproductive Medicine Group in Tampa is seeking an RN ART Third Party Nurse Coordinator to support patients, gestational carriers, and donors throughout the fertility treatment journey. You will coordinate care, serve as a primary contact, and ensure clear communication between patients and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida with current license.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Patient-centered, professional, and compassionate.
• Women’s health or infertility background desired but training available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients pursuing donor egg, donor sperm, embryo donation, or gestational carrier treatment.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, intended parents, gestational carriers, donors, and third-party agencies.
• Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, testing, medications and clinical requirements with physicians and care team.
• Communicate treatment timelines and steps so patients understand their care plans.
• Collaborate with outside agencies, attorneys and providers to complete documentation and medical clearance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment milestones and follow-up needs.
