Ivy Fertility in Beverly Hills seeks a experienced 3rd Party Manager – RN to lead third‑party donor, surrogacy, and embryo programs across RPMG/FCOC locations. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure patient care, and drive regulatory and operational excellence.

The role requires RN licensure, IVF coordination experience, and strong leadership. Expect multi-site responsibilities in Torrance, Long Beach, Irvine, and Beverly Hills with a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years clinical RN experience (OB/GYN or infertility preferred).
• Minimum 3 years leadership or management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Expertise in IVF cycle coordination, patient education, and working with outside agencies.
• Knowledge of clinical decision-making, quality management, and reproductive medicine operations.
• Ability to commute to all 4 locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Third-Party team members as a 3rd Party Manager – RN, fostering a positive, professional environment.
• Oversee daily operations of third-party, donor, and surrogacy programs across all RPMG/FCOC locations.
• Develop and maintain workflows aligned with clinical best practices and organizational changes.
• Coordinate operational initiatives to improve patient experience and program outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain FDA filings and SOPs.
• Collaborate with leadership on program development and external partnerships.
