Job summary

Ivy Fertility is hiring a full-time 3rd Party Coordinator-RN in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to join our innovative fertility team and dedicated staff.

This role coordinates treatment plans, educates patients on fertility medications, arranges medication orders and deliveries, assists providers during procedures, and helps ensure compliant third-party reproduction practices.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Utah.
• BSN preferred; ADN required.
• Minimum 2-3 years nursing experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, women's health, or care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans for patients utilizing third-party reproduction services.
• Educate patients on the proper administration, dosing, and timing of fertility medications used during treatment cycles.
• Coordinate medication orders, pharmacy refills, and delivery of fertility drugs ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Assist providers with procedures and start IVs.
• Perform intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
• Ensure all third-party reproduction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned
