CCRM Fertility in Houston, TX is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) to provide individualized nursing care, treatment coordination, and patient advocacy throughout the IVF journey.

The role collaborates with physicians, educates patients on protocols and medications, and ensures timely scheduling and documentation. Strong leadership and clinical judgment are essential in this fast-paced fertility center.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing required.
• Current State RN license in good standing.
• BCLS/ACLS certification required.
• 3+ years RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years in women’s health/OB-GYN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and reproductive health to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine suitable treatment plans for individuals.
• Educate patients on IVF procedures, medications, side effects, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the IVF journey.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures to maintain the treatment timeline.
• Monitor pregnancies via ultrasound and labs through the first 8–12 weeks.
