Job summary

CCRM Fertility is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care, treatment coordination, and patient advocacy throughout the IVF journey. You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients on protocols and medications, and monitor patient progress in EMR.

The role requires an RN license, BCLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of nursing experience, with preference for women’s health or fertility exposure. On-site position in Lone Tree, CO with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state
• Active BCLS/ACLS certification required
• 3+ years RN experience preferred
• 2+ years in women's health, fertility, OB/GYN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to fertility patients
• Coordinate and schedule treatments, testing, and appointments
• Educate patients on IVF processes, medications and side effects
• Monitor pregnancies and EMR data throughout early gestation
• Advocate for patients and ensure informed decisions
