Job summary

CCRM Fertility’s IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) in Menlo Park, CA provides coordinated nursing care across the IVF journey, educating patients on procedures and medications, and collaborating with physicians to tailor plans. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will schedule appointments, monitor treatment progress, and maintain EMR records while guiding patients through complex fertility journeys with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current State RN license without limitations.
• Active BLS/ACLS certification.
• 2+ years RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in women’s health, fertility, OB/GYN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care through treatment coordination and medication management.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine suitable treatment plans.
• Educate patients on IVF procedures, medications, and potential side effects.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients throughout treatment.
• Coordinate surgeries and ART appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedures.
• Monitor pregnancies via ultrasonography and lab tests through the first 8–12 weeks.
