Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions to meet business needs. The role requires hands-on development within the ITSM platform, including scripting, automation, and integration with third-party systems.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience, plus strong skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ITSM APIs. FreshService/Freshworks experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Designing, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions to meet business needs.
• Hands-on development within the ITSM platform including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflow, flow designer, integration hub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, event and alert rules.
• FreshService/Freshworks experience strongly preferred

• Configure out-of-the-box features; develop custom applications; integrate ITSM with third-party systems.
