Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's Enterprise Technology and Operations team is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to mature asset lifecycle processes and governance of hardware and software assets, with deep hands-on ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro expertise. As SME for ITAM, you will optimize procurement, deployment, retirement, improve data accuracy, and provide dashboards and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ITAM experience (hardware and/or software asset management).
• Proven knowledge of HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules within ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITAM best practices, lifecycle management, discovery, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize lifecycle management processes from procurement to retirement.
• Improve data accuracy of IT assets using Platform Analytics for KRIs and KPIs.
• Analyze complex systems and data, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Serve as SME for ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro—configuration and optimization.
• Maintain workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and implement new ITAM features and streamline processes.
• Define, document, and improve ITAM processes, policies, and procedures aligned to best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement, security, finance, IT operations, and support teams to align ITAM.”
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership on health, compliance risks, and spend optimization.
• Provide training to key stakeholders and ITAM team members.
