Job summary

Zions Bancorporation in Midvale, UT seeks an ITAM FinOps Expert to drive asset governance and cost optimization. You will partner across Technology, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Product to optimize assets, cloud spend, and data accuracy within ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CCM.

The role emphasizes process transformation, reporting, and leadership to enable data-driven decisions across technology investments in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ITAM experience with hardware and software asset management or FinOps.
• Expert knowledge of ITAM and FinOps ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CCM.
• Experience with process mining, transformation, mapping and documentation.
• Experience with Google Cloud platforms.
• Solid ITAM best practices including lifecycle management, discovery, governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including cloud and AI assets.
• Lead reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost-center accounting.
• Maintain accuracy of IT asset data, especially cloud/AI assets.
• SME for ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CCM; optimize configurations.
• Develop asset workflows, automation, and KPI dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with procurement, security, finance, IT ops to align ITAM and FinOps.
