Job summary

Hancock Whitney Corp. seeks an IT Asset Management professional to administer ITAM, SAM, and HAM programs using ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and Snow License Manager.

You will maintain asset lifecycle records, ensure license compliance, and partner with technology and business teams to support audits and optimization. Responsibilities include implementing infrastructure support, documenting ongoing maintenance, and providing Tier 2+ support while mentoring teammates and driving process

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent through two-year college or technical school.
• Two years of related technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration and execution of ITAM, SAM, and HAM programs with ServiceNow and Snow tools.
• Maintains asset lifecycle processes, license compliance, inventory accuracy, and governance.
• Provides Tier 2+ support and contributes to project delivery and operational excellence.
• Develops documentation for ongoing support and maintenance of distributed systems.
• Monitors vulnerabilities and supports asset governance audits and reporting.
