• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM or support ticket systems is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking users via email, live chat, and telephone.
