Job summary

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a French-speaking Streaming Platform Support Representative to assist users via email, chat, and phone. You will troubleshoot streaming issues, guide feature usage, and document all interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration with other teams will help relay feedback and drive platform improvements. Fluency in French and English and a background in customer support or streaming are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer support or technical assistance, preferably in streaming/entertainment.
• Understanding of streaming technologies and user engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account management, streaming quality, and content access.
• Guide users on platform features to enhance their streaming experience.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to relay user feedback and propose improvements.
