• Strong understanding of streaming technologies and user behavior.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM or support ticket systems is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
