Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an Italian-speaking Mobile Support Specialist role. This position focuses on helping Italian-speaking clients with mobile devices, applications, and connectivity issues, delivering a high-quality customer experience from a remote setting.

You will diagnose problems, document interactions in CRM, and work with technical teams to escalate when needed. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and prior mobile support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mobile devices.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile app, connectivity, and device setting problems.
• Guide customers to optimize their use of mobile devices and applications with tailored solutions.
• Document support interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams and help improve support processes.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
