Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Line Cook to join its exciting, high-volume, open kitchens. The Line Cook will transform high-quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes, reporting to the Sous Chef Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of food preparation experience, good knife skills, and preferably a culinary arts degree. Additional responsibilities include selecting ingredient cuts, plating dishes, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food preparation position.
• Good knife skills and finger dexterity.
• Degree from a culinary arts training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform ingredients into authentic Italian dishes.
• Selects cuts of meat, poultry, shellfish, fish, and vegetables.
• Plate menu items along with appropriate garnish.
• Follow recipes and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
