Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel needs an IT Technician to ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely on-site. You will assist in supporting the casino’s IT infrastructure, provide timely MIS service to end users, and perform hands-on tasks from building and installing computers to maintaining data, audio, and video lines.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of IT technician experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma is required.
• Preferred 2-year degree.
• Two years of IT technician experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment (computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones, printers).
• Must be 18+ and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures; commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support and service Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems.
• Provide timely MIS service to End Users.
• Build and install computers as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance on computers as required by schedules.
• Complete daily work duty detail log.
• Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
