Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain casino floor technology, including gaming machines, CMS systems, and network infrastructure. The role requires hands-on hardware and software support in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure uptime, regulatory compliance, and smooth operation of surveillance, access control, and payment systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of networking and PC troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a casino/hospitality environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot HHR Electronic Gaming Machines
• Set up and maintain Casino Management System (CMS) data and tools
• Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
• Install and support PCs, ticket redemption and ATM machines
• Maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players
• Ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control)
• Work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Document network layouts and configurations
