Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino seeks an IT Technician I to maintain and secure the casino's IT infrastructure in Camp Verde, AZ. You will install and repair computers, monitor systems, manage data lines, and provide timely MIS support to end users in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements include a HS diploma, 2 years' IT experience, strong communication skills, and a valid Network+ or Cisco certification.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required for the role.
• Two years IT Technician experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Certification in Network+ or Cisco Network Systems preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks for AZ Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems.
• Provide timely MIS service to End Users.
• Build and install computers as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance on computers as required per schedules.
• Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
