Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality seeks an IT Technician I to provide technical support across our NH properties, troubleshooting computers, printers, network, and gaming systems. You'll assist with onboarding, AV equipment, and digital signage while coordinating with vendors and senior staff.

The role requires basic Windows and networking knowledge, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn casino technology in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• IT support experience or related degree or certifications preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, software, and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn casino gaming technology, networking, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and account access.
• Support casino management systems, point-of-sale systems, audiovisual equipment, and digital signage.
• Assist with network cabling, equipment installations, and technology upgrades.
• Work with vendors and senior IT staff to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain IT equipment records and document support issues.
• Provide onsite IT support across company properties as needed.
• Assist with after-hours maintenance and emergency support when required.
