Job summary

FSB Architects + Engineers, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an IT Technician in Oklahoma City to provide hands-on and remote technical support. You will be the first point of contact for technology questions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and prepare equipment for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Up to two years of desktop support or help desk experience.
• Experience with IT service management practices and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or relevant Microsoft certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for help desk inquiries and respond to tickets within established service standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues to resolution.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, actions taken and final solutions.
• Install, configure, image, repair, and replace computers, servers, switches, and related equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
