Job summary

United Systems in Oklahoma City is seeking a Desktop Technician Tier 2 to provide advanced on-site technical support for clients. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading installations, configuring new devices, assisting with network tasks, documenting resolutions, and mentoring Tier 1 staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in desktop or technical support.
• 1+ year in field support capacity.
• Certifications such as A+/Network+/365 Fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with network configuration and connectivity issues.
• Lead installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Document resolutions and manage assets in tickets.
