Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or a technical field and 1–2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of networking, Five9, or IPTV is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to prioritize business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user hardware and software support on Windows and Apple devices.
• Inventory, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, OS and applications.
• Create end-user documentation and assist IT staff with various systems and processes.
• Assist with AD and O365 user accounts and permissions.
• Assist in setup, installation, and organization of server and network equipment; troubleshoot network infrastructure.
