Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or a technical field from a four‑year college or university preferred, with 1–2 years’ experience or an equivalent combination.
Additional skills or knowledge in networking, Five9, IPTV are a plus.
Canditates should possess customer service focus with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing end‑user support on Windows and Apple devices.
Inventorying, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and software.
Creating and maintaining documentation for end‑users and IT staff.
Assisting with configuration and maintenance of IPTV system.
Installing and configuring workstations, printers, and cell phones.
Assisting in testing and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
Preparing regular reports for internal leadership.
Clearly communicating issues and resolutions to staff at all levels.
