Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field plus 1–2 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Experience with networking, Five9, or IPTV is a plus.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Inventory, configure, maintain, and repair hardware and peripherals.
• Create and maintain documentation for end-users and IT team.
• Support IPTV system configuration and maintenance.
• Install workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with LAN/AD and O365 user accounts and permissions.
• Prepare reports for leadership and ensure smooth IT operations.
