The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an IT Technician to provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support for associates. You will respond to calls and tickets, troubleshoot, repair and maintain end-user systems and also handle network devices, VoIP, Active Directory and email administration.

We value responsible, dependable team players with strong communication skills and a commitment to building a long-term IT career within Reynolds and Reynolds.

Competenze

• Two-year IT degree or equivalent experience required.
• A+ Certification is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and pass physical requirements.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel; flexible schedule.

Mansioni

• Respond to user calls and tickets to support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain end user systems.
• Support end-user workstation devices and manage network devices, VoIP, AD and email administration.
• Work on special projects to research new technology and solve complex problems.
• Provide reliable customer service and documentation of work performed.
