Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an IT Technician to join a team of IT professionals providing in-house hardware and software support for associates. You will respond to calls and tickets, troubleshoot and maintain end-user systems, and assist with network devices, AD and email administration.

You are expected to be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year IT degree or equivalent experience.
• A+ Certification is a plus.
• Professional, strong work ethic.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills through verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user calls and tickets to support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain end-user systems.
• Support end-user workstation devices; manage network devices, VoIP, AD account and email administration; support various applications.
• Work on special projects researching new technology and solving complex problems.
