Job summary

Cloud County Community College is seeking an Information Technology Technician to deliver technical support for faculty, staff, and students. The role focuses on maintaining Windows/macOS environments, software, and basic hardware, with opportunities to work on server infrastructure.

Candidates should have an associate degree in computer science or a related field and strong communication skills; familiarity with Hyper-V, MECM, PowerShell, SQL, and network topologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office and macOS (OSX).
• Knowledge of network topologies, server infrastructure and MS management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for faculty, staff and students.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments and standard software.
• Assist with server infrastructure and related management tools.
