Job summary

Cloud County Community College is seeking to hire an IT Technology Technician!

This position is responsible for providing technical support for faculty, staff, and students at the college. Associate’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred with excellent communication skills.

Basic computer software knowledge (Windows 10, 11, and MS Office, as well as OSX) and basic hardware knowledge is required. Knowledge of network topologies, server infrastructure, and MS management software such as Hyper‑V, MECM, PowerShell, and SQL is preferred. This is a full‑time, 12‑month position with a benefit package that includes
