Job summary
Colorado Mountain College seeks a Technology Support Specialist II to provide expert support for PCs, Apple devices, classroom tech, networking, and video streaming across Aspen, Carbondale, and Glenwood Center campuses. Under the Director, you will diagnose hardware/software issues, install software, train students and staff, and help maintain instructional labs and smart classrooms.
Strong English communication, teamwork, and customer service are essential for success in a dynamic academic
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of PC, macOS and mobile device environments.
- Advanced knowledge of instructional hardware and software.
- Knowledge of computer networking.
- Knowledge of server management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Performs ongoing installation, training, technical and support services for all personal computers (PCs), Apple devices, instructional hardware, instructional software and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoots, identifies, and resolves technology problems with PCs and Apple devices, operating systems, software applications and instructional hardware.
- Maintains the operational integrity and performance of all equipment and software used in support of instruction and special events.
