Fortunebrands is seeking an IT Technical Support Agent in Las Vegas to support key infrastructure, troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, and provide on-site assistance for level 2 issues. You will work with users, document solutions, and publish knowledge articles to empower teammates.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in IT/IS, 2+ years in service desk and desktop support, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in IT/IS related discipline.
• 2+ years of work experience in service desk support and desktop support.
• 2+ years of IT Desktop and Device problem solving experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve IT service desk tickets/issues in a timely manner, documenting solutions and creating knowledge articles.
• Provide desktop support, troubleshooting, and installation of hardware and mobile devices both on-site and for remote users.
• Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging activities.
• Support Manufacturing and Distribution IT hardware, including handhelds, barcode readers, printers and scanners.
• Collaborate with Managed Services on Windows 11 devices to diagnose issues.
• Triage ticketing system issues and escalate to other technical resources when needed.
• Publish knowledge base articles for user self-service and training references.
• Coordinate with IT vendors as needed to resolve problems.
