TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee in Jacksonville, FL. The role begins with an extensive training program with an onboarding coach, progressing into a Recruiter role responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT consultants across client engagements.

The position offers a base salary, weekly commissions, quarterly/annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training compensation and COLA adjustments apply as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or an Associate’s with 3+ years of full-time experience, or 4+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, offering career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume tips, interviewing techniques, and skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies using various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools.
• Use AI-generated insights to drive data-informed decisions throughout recruitment.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill availability, labor rates, hiring locations, and timelines for onboarding talent.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge within the aligned specialization or role.
