TEKsystems is a leader in business and technology services and is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo extensive training. You will advance to handling the full IT recruiter cycle, building relationships, coaching talent, and using internal AI tools to identify top candidates.

You will work with account managers to advise on skills, rates, locations, and onboarding timelines, while negotiating offers. The role offers base pay plus commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or associates degree plus 3+ years in customer-facing role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a team and relate to diverse groups.
• Commission-driven, performance-based mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage full recruiting cycle, delivering a world-class experience.
• Build and maintain relationships by coaching talent on market trends, rates, resumes, interviewing and skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools including in-house AI to identify talent for client requirements.
• Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions throughout recruitment.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill availability, rates, locations, and onboarding timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients’ needs.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in the aligned skill/industry/role.
