Under supervision, the position configures remote management, inventory, security systems, patches and updates, and collaborates with other IT staff to uphold CSU IT standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or substituted by equivalent experience.
Four years of relevant IT support experience or advanced degree substitution may apply.
Experience with Windows and macOS environments, plus mobile OS support and AV assets.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality IT services for lifecycle support and management of workstations used by employees and students.
Deliver IT technical support for the College of Business and coordinate with IT staff.
Utilize remote management systems and document processes and solutions.
Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation of procedures.
