Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience with substitution options for education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective operation of College of Engineering computer labs by serving as systems administrator and lead.
• Plan, design, procure, and implement upgrades to support coursework.
• Develop procedures for network and local printing solutions.
• Provide AV support and maintenance for COE lecture rooms.
• Manage software licensing servers.
• Maintain virtual server environments for college lab servers.
• Deploy software over network and maintain lab applications.
• Ensure high availability, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Document procedures for rapid regeneration of lab workstations and servers.
