Job summary

The role requires 2 years of tech support experience, A+ and HDI certifications, strong Windows skills, and excellent communication. Training includes working with staff on system use and issue resolution, with occasional nights/weekends. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of technology support experience or equivalent.
• A+ Certification required.
• HDI Support Center Analyst Certificate or HDI Desktop Support Technician Certificate required.
• Strong PC skills in a Windows environment.
• Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• May be required to work nights and/or weekends.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain company computer systems.
• Work from standard configurations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace hardware and software.
• Perform standardized tasks under the direction of a supervisor.
• Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems.
• Complete special projects and assignments as directed.
• Consult and advise employees on system use.
• Communicate with employees regarding system issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers.
