Job summary

Spero Financial in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our information technology team. You will handle complex end-user support, maintain computing infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable operations for staff and systems.

With 2–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, you will collaborate with the VP of IT, manage access provisioning, backups, and security controls, and assist with system upgrades and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Two to Five years of similar or related experience.
A high school degree or GED is required.
Ability to communicate with staff and vendors with trust and diplomacy.
Knowledge of BSA/CIP/OFAC/AML compliance requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

Install, support, document, and manage email, hardware, software, and network components; respond to issues and implement solutions.
Collaborate with IT leadership to plan, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system hardware and software; assist users and vendors.
Consult with IT leadership and staff to ensure security and recovery standards are followed; coordinate with staff to implement computing standards.
Administer all user access and authorization requests (moves, adds, changes, hires, exits) for technology systems; assist with facilities moves.
Perform other duties as assigned.
