Job summary

World Finance in Greenville, SC is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support for internal and external customers. Responsibilities include handling Windows OS issues, printers, Office 365, security access, and asset tracking.

You will serve as first/second-line support for network and server infrastructure, participate in rollout of new technologies, document procedures, and ensure a strong customer experience with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with imaging technologies.
• Knowledge of and troubleshooting ability in all Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of printers, MFPs and other IT peripherals.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and other relevant applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for network, server, and software applications.
• Respond to internal help tickets and assist users across the US network.
• Participate in rollout and training of new technology solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and procedures.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
