Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a computer related field and 3 years of systems support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and enterprise network support.
• Experience with Active Directory setup and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware and software as needed.
• Provide technical support to computers, laptops, and network devices.
• Assist system administrators with LAN hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Respond to help desk calls and perform routine maintenance.
• Support after-hours Tier I requests on rotation.
