Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, operation, maintenance and management of client hardware and software.
• Support user and device accounts on various platforms.
• Document Systems work order tickets promptly.
• Maintain records of technical procedures and asset inventory.
• Provide software and hardware support to end-users.
