Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking an Enterprise Support Technician I to provide frontline IT support for Windows/macOS, iOS and Android across statewide environments. The role includes device provisioning, imaging, software installs, and remote/onsite assistance from the Mangum, OK location.

You will work with end users and IT teams to resolve incidents, maintain endpoint reliability, and follow SLAs while contributing to documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year experience in an IT role.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for Windows/macOS, iOS, Android.
• Deploy and image workstations, provision devices, install software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPN, and network issues.
