Job summary

Japs-Olson Company, LLC is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team in the Twin Cities. You will be the frontline for internal hardware and software support across a 24/7 operation, logging and escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

You will manage device imaging and deployment, maintain documentation, and assist end-user training while collaborating with engineers and programmers to drive technology forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a desktop support/helpdesk role.
• Experience in a compliance-driven environment.
• Windows Server and Windows desktops experience.
• Experience with change control processes.
• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Log and escalate helpdesk issues for timely resolution.
• Imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops to end users.
• Document and maintain hardware and software configurations.
• Train new employees on PC, phone system, and basic policies.
• Support end-user hardware, software, and printer issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and programmers to deploy new technology.
